BACKGROUND: In
the area listed above the contractor will be drilling boring holes along the
roadway’s shoulder and lane. Residents will have access to their homes within
the closure. Some lanes will be temporarily closed during this time.

The City
of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
