WHEN: Monday, March 25 to Thursday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: In the 1st Voter District

intersection of Cary Street and Libbie Avenue
BACKGROUND: As part of
a traffic signal installation project, the contractor will be installing
junction boxes and risers at the intersection listed above. Some travel lanes
through this intersection may be temporarily closed during this process.

The City
of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
