WHEN: Monday, March 4 to Thursday, March 7, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: In the 1st Voter District
- The
intersection of Cary Street and Libbie Avenue
- The
intersection of Granite Avenue and Grove Avenue
BACKGROUND: As part of a
traffic signal installation project, the contractor will be conducting test
bores around the intersections listed above. Some travel lanes through these
intersections may be temporarily closed during this process.

The City of
Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
