intersection of Broad Rock Boulevard and Walmsley Boulevard
BACKGROUND: As
a part of the HSIP Pedestrian Improvements at Signalized Intersections Phase 2
project, the contractor will be repairing sections of concrete sidewalk,
installing pedestrian signal equipment, and constructing improvements within
the median at the intersection listed above.

The City of
Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
