WHAT: Lane Closure
WHEN: Monday,
October 9 to Friday, October 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (daily)
WHERE: Intersection of Richmond Highway
and Terminal Avenue (in the 8th Voter District)
BACKGROUND: The curb lane, sidewalk and
median lane will be closed to allow the contractor to install pedestrian signal
equipment and repair sections
of concrete sidewalk.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
