WHAT: Lane Closure
WHEN: April
24 through April 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Monument Avenue between North Hamilton and I95 Bridge
BACKGROUND: There will be
alternating lane closures in the aforementioned area to install storm sewer at
3700 Monument Avenue.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
