10 through April 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Hobby Hill Road between Margate Drive and Cedar Grove Road
BACKGROUND: There will be
alternating lane closures to perform soil borings along the parking curb lane
between 10100 and 10211 Hobby Hill Road.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
