BACKGROUND: There will be temporary closures to the curb lanes and sidewalks as the
contractor will be pulling fiber optic cable, working on traffic signal
cabinets and installing new CCTV equipment.

The
City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
