Lane Closure – Cary Street

WHAT:  Lane Closure, Daily
 
WHEN:  Thursday, September 8 through Saturday, September 10 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

WHERE: in the 5th Voter District

·         Cary Street at Jefferson Street

·         Cary Street at Adams Street

·         Cary Street at Foushee Street

BACKGROUND:  Pedestrians and motorists be aware of the temporary lane closures and detour signs as the contractor will install traffic light signal pole foundation.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently accredited public works agencies in the United States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide array of services to include leaf collection; street, sidewalk and alley maintenance; trash collection; recycling; grass cutting;  graffiti removal; parking enforcement; urban forestry; street signs; traffic signals and pavement markings and civil engineering.
