WHEN: Monday, November 30 through Friday, December
18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Park Drive at the intersection north of Shirley Lane (located in the 5th
voter district)
BACKGROUND: The travel
lane on Park Drive will be closed to install a Rectangular Rapid Flashing
Beacon (RRFP). The project involves installing RRFB equipment, junction boxes,
pedestrian countdown indicators, crosswalk and ADA ramps along with trenching
and pavement restoration.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
