18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Grove Avenue at Somerset Avenue (located in the 1st voter district).
BACKGROUND: The sidewalk
and travel lane on Grove Avenue at Summerset Avenue will be closed to install a
Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (Hawk Signal). The project involves installing traffic
mast arms, poles, signal heads, junction boxes, pedestrian countdown indicators,
crosswalk and ADA ramps along with pavement restoration.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
