WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Thursday, October 29 from 9 a.m. to Noon
WHERE: Westbound lanes of Monument Avenue between North Lombardy Street and
Allen Avenue (located in the 5th voter district)
BACKGROUND: The area will
be closed to allow a crane to place equipment on the roof at 1600 Monument
Avenue.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
one of only 178 currently accredited public works agencies in the United
States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide array
of services to include leaf collection; street, sidewalk and alley maintenance;
trash collection; recycling; grass cutting; graffiti removal; parking
