WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Starting at 11 p.m. on Friday, October 23 and
ending at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 24
WHERE: 10th Street between East Broad and East Marshall streets (located in the 6th
voter district)
BACKGROUND: The area will
be closed to allow the contractor to pump concrete at the Children’s Hospital
of Richmond construction site located at 1000 East Marshall Street.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
