WHERE: Intersection of Monument Avenue
and Malvern Avenue (1st Voter District)
BACKGROUND: Intermittent
lane closures will be used at the intersection to convert the left turn signals
into flashing yellow arrows to provide better traffic flow and efficiency. The
intersection will operate as a 4-way stop for all directions with visible signs
at each stop bar. Motorists are urged to use caution and observe the traffic
signs.
