BACKGROUND: The southbound lane on Carnation
Street and the eastbound lane on Midlothian Turnpike will be closed to work on
the traffic signal boxes. Barrels will be used along with flaggers to direct
traffic. Motorists are urged to use caution and observe the flaggers and
traffic signs.
