BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to install
storm drainage piping across Forest Hill Avenue. This work is part of the ongoing Forest Hill
Avenue Widening Project. Motorists are urged to use caution and follow the detour
signs.

The
City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 146 accredited
