BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to test the
soil for a new signal pole. The work will occur during off-peak hours. Motorists
are urged to drive carefully, follow traffic directions from the police and observe
work zone signs.

The
City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 146 accredited
