WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, June 18 through Friday, August 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE: Bliley Road and Riverside Heights Way   

BACKGROUND: Splitter islands will be installed at the intersection of Bliley Road and Riverside Heights Way. Please drive carefully and follow the road signs.
