          Bridge Closure – Commerce Road Bridge Over Goodes Creek

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Bridge Closure

WHEN: Friday, June 29 through Thursday, July 12

WHERE: Commerce Road Bridge over Goodes Creek

BACKGROUND: Based on findings from a recent bridge inspection, the Commerce Road Bridge over Goodes Creek will be closed to ALL traffic beginning Friday, June 29 for immediate repairs, weather conditions permitting. From July 4 through July 12 only the southbound lanes will remain closed to complete the work. The northbound lanes will be re-opened by then. Detour signage will be posted.
