Work Begins Next Week to Permanently Close 17^th Street in Shockoe Bottom

~Northbound and southbound lanes shutting down~

RICHMOND, Va. – Construction begins on Monday, July 31 to permanently shut down 17^th Street between East Franklin and East Main streets.

The closure is part of the 17^th Street Market Plaza Renovations Project.
