                       Lane Closure – North 1^st Street at Clay Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Starting on Monday, July 24 and ending on Monday, October 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 pm.

WHERE:  At the intersection of North 1^st Street at Clay Street

BACKGROUND: There will be alternating curb and travel lane closures in the aforementioned area to upgrade the traffic signals and install enhancements to the pedestrian crossings. Please use caution and follow the traffic signs.
