WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Wednesday, March 8, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

WHERE:1^st Avenue between Daniel Street and 2^nd Avenue

BACKGROUND:  There will be alternating lane closures while crews make asphalt repairs in the above mentioned area..
