                        Lane Closure – South 3^rd Street and South 4^th Street at Canal Street  

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, April 3 through Monday, July 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

WHERE:   At the intersections of South 3^rd Street and South 4^th Street at Canal Street

BACKGROUND:  There will be intermittent lane closures of the curb and travel lane in the aforementioned area to upgrade the traffic signals and to enhance the pedestrian crossings. Please follow the road signs.
