                        Street Closure – East Franklin Street between North 7^th and North 8^th streets 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN: Starting on Friday, December 2 at 6 p.m. and ending Sunday, December 4 at 6 p.m. 

WHERE:  East Franklin Street between North 7^th and North 8^th streets  

BACKGROUND:  The area will be closed to operate a crane to set scaffolding on the roof of 700 East Franklin Street. Please follow the detour signs.
