WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN: Monday, December 5 to Friday, December 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

WHERE:  North 8^th Street from East Leigh to East Jackson streets  

BACKGROUND: The inside northbound and southbound lanes will be closed to install underground fiber optic cable. Please follow the detour signs.
