WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, October 13 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.   

WHERE:  Newton Road at New Osborne Turnpike – CSX Overpass

BACKGROUND:  Newton Road at New Osborne Turnpike will be closed to perform emergency work to repair the CSX Overpass Bridge. Please use caution and follow the road signs.
