                Street Closure – Commonwealth Avenue

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  8 a.m. Monday, October 10 until 5 p.m. Friday, October 28

WHERE:  Commonwealth Avenue between Grove and Stuart avenues

BACKGROUND:  The area will be closed during installation of curb and gutter, sidewalks and reconstruction of the street.
