                        Street Closure – 1000 East Marshall Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, November 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

WHERE:  1000 East Marshall Street  

BACKGROUND: Closing 10th Street between Marshall and Clay streets, in both directions, to operate a crane that will be used to place an air handler on the roof of the building. Follow the detours signs.
