                        Lane Closure – Decatur and Hull streets and Semmes Avenue at Jefferson Davis Highway  

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, November 9 and ending on Friday, November 13 at 4 p.m.  

WHERE:  Decatur and Hull streets and Semmes Avenue at Jefferson Davis Highway  

BACKGROUND:  Lane closure to install underground conduits along the sidewalks on the following streets: Decatur and Hull streets and Semmes Avenue at Jefferson Davis Highway.
