WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Tuesday, October 20 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

WHERE:   North 3^rd Street between East Broad and East Grace Streets  

BACKGROUND: Complete closure of North 3^rd Street between East Broad and East Grace streets to install an HVAC system on the roof at 219 East Broad Street. Motorist should follow the detour signs.
