                        Ramp Closure – Manchester Bridge Northbound 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Ramp Closure

WHEN:  Now through 5 p.m. Friday, October 30

WHERE:  Manchester Bridge Northbound ramp from Semmes Avenue

BACKGROUND:  The northbound ramp of Manchester Bridge from Semmes Avenue will be closed for bridge repairs. Motorist are urged to follow the detour signage.
