WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHERE:  Franklin Street between 2^nd Street and 7^th Street

WHEN:  Wednesday, April 16 through Tuesday, April 22

·         9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

·         6:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.

BACKGROUND:  There will be intermittent lane closures in the aforementioned area to allow for street repaving.
