WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHERE:  The following intersections will be impacted:

·        8^th Street and East Broad Street

·        9^th Street and East Broad Street

·        10^th  Street and East Clay Street

·        3^rd Street and East Main Street (northeast corner)

WHEN:  Thursday, April 24 through Friday, April 25, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

BACKGROUND:  There will be intermittent lane closures in the aforementioned areas to allow for handicap access modifications to meet compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
