                        Street Closure – Birch Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, April 25, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

WHERE:  Birch Street between West Avenue and Park Avenue

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for installation of an HVAC unit on the roof at 1151 West Avenue.
