                        Emergency Street Closure – 10^th Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Emergency Street Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, May 23, 2013  

WHERE:  10^th Street between East Marshall Street and East Broad Street

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area has been closed due to a ruptured water main near the corner of 10^th Street and East Marshall Street.  Repairs are expected to last throughout the day.  Motorists are advised to follow the detour signs.
