                        Street Closure – Bells Road

 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:   Tuesday, March 5  through Wednesday, March 13

WHERE:  Bells Road between Commerce Road and Deep Water Terminal Road

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for railroad and drainage improvements for the Deep Water Terminal Project.
