WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Friday, March 8, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

WHERE:  Monument Avenue between Strawberry Street and Davis Avenue

BACKGROUND:  One westbound travel lane and parking lane will be closed to allow for installation of HVAC units at 2336 Monument Avenue.
