WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Monday, March 4 through Saturday, August 31

WHERE:  Shafer Street between West Grace Street and the alley

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow construction of apartments.
