                                             Street Closure – North 28^th Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Monday, February 11 through Friday, February 15

WHERE:  North 28^th Street between T Street and S Street

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed from 8 a.m. Monday through 8 a.m. Friday to allow for installation of a sewer pipe.
