WHEN: Monday, July 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
WHERE: East Broad Street between 16th Street and 17th Street
BACKGROUND: All westbound lanes will be closed while Dominion Virginia Power removes and reroutes overhead power lines and transformers.
