WHEN: September
22 and September 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (daily)
WHERE: Grove
Avenue at Westview Avenue (in the 1st voter district)
BACKGROUND: The
right lane on Grove Avenue will be closed to perform various excavation tests.
Note: flaggers will be in place to assist with traffic during the closure. Residents
will have access to their properties throughout the duration of the closure.
