The intersection of Hermitage Road and
Westbrook Avenue
BACKGROUND:
As part of the HSIP Pedestrian
Improvements at Signalized Intersections Phase 2 project, the contractor will
be repairing sections of concrete sidewalk, and installing pedestrian signal
equipment. The curb lane and sidewalk and median lane will be temporarily
closed during this construction process.

The City of
Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
