WHEN: Monday, November 27 to Friday, December 1 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
WHERE: In the 3rd Voter District
- The
intersection of Chamberlayne Avenue and Westbrook Avenue
BACKGROUND: The
travel lanes through the intersection will be temporarily closed to allow the
contractor to install new traffic signal mast arms. Please follow the detour.

The City of
Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
accredited public works agencies in the United States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide array of services to include
leaf collection; street, sidewalk and alley maintenance; trash collection;
recycling; grass cutting; graffiti removal; parking enforcement; urban
forestry; street signs; traffic signals and pavement markings and civil

permits for working in the city’s right-of-way; manages the RVA Bike Share
