Eastbound lanes at the 500 block of
Libbie Avenue, between Patterson Avenue and York Road
BACKGROUND:
The contractor will mill and pave the travel lane and parking lane in the
area listed above. Flaggers and signs will detour traffic. In the event of
inclement weather, the closure will take place September 14.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
