Closure
WHEN: May 12 through August 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: East 3rd Street between Hull Street and Decatur Street
BACKGROUND: The area will
be closed for demolition and new construction of an apartment building at 13
East 3rd Street. The sidewalk will be open on the opposite side of the street
with crosswalk signs in place.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
