WHEN: March
20 through March 31 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (daily)
WHERE: Grove Avenue between Reveille Street and North Hamilton Street in the 1st
voter district
BACKGROUND: There will be
alternating lane closures in the aforementioned area install a manhole and a
sewer line at 3800 Grove Avenue.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
one of only 195 currently accredited public works agencies in the United
