WHERE: North Huguenot
Road between Chippenham Parkway and Halesworth Road (3rd voter district)
BACKGROUND: The right lane
will be closed in the aforementioned area for tree trimming at 3307 North
Huguenot Road.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
