WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Starting
at 9 a.m. on Monday, January 30 and ending at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 31
WHERE: Libbie Avenue from Cary Street Road to Matoaka Road (in the 1st Voter
District)
BACKGROUND: The area will
be closed to allow the contractor to replace the sanitary sewer, laterals and
install two manholes.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
