WHEN: Monday, December 19 through Thursday, December
22 and Tuesday, December 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (daily)
WHERE: The following locations in the 3rd Voter District:

Chamberlayne Avenue, southbound
right/right-turn lane
·
Chamberlayne Avenue, northbound right
lane
·
Lombardy Street, right and right
turn-lanes
BACKGROUND: There will be
alternating lane closures to allow the contractor to install pedestrian curb
ramps and upgrade the pedestrian traffic signal structure.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
