WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 8 a.m. to 5
p.m.
WHERE: West Laburnum Avenue between southbound I-195 on and off ramps and Saunders
Avenue (located in the 2nd and 3rd voter district)
BACKGROUND: The area will
be closed to thru traffic to allow the contractor to install street lighting at
2134 West Laburnum Avenue. Business access will be provided. Please follow the
detour signs.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
one of only 178 currently accredited public works agencies in the United
States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide array
of services to include leaf collection; street, sidewalk and alley maintenance;
trash collection; recycling; grass cutting; graffiti removal; parking
